Hello my loves! 🙋♀️🙋♂️ Today I'm going to tell you an extremely interesting fact about the beautiful country of Canada! 😍🍁 Did you know that Canada is the second largest country in the world by area? 🤔🌎 That's right, second only to "big guy" Russia! 😲🇷🇺
Canada has a total area of 9,984,670 km2, stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean and all the way up to the Arctic Ocean. 🌊🏔️❄️ If you wanted to walk along Canada's coastline, it would take you over 4 and a half years ⏳👣 to cover its length of 202,080 km! 😱🏃♀️🏃♂️
However, despite having such a vast territory, Canada's population is only about 38 million people (as of 2023), equivalent to less than half the population of its neighbor, the United States. 🇺🇸👨👩👧👦 This is because most of northern Canada is too cold and frozen, with very few people living there. 🥶❄️ More than half of Canada's population is concentrated in the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence River region near the southern border, where the climate is milder. 🌞🍂
